Liquor liability: Auto accident: Ferguson v. Rellins and Penn National Gaming, Inc., d/b/a Charles Town Races & Slots Jefferson County, West Virginia. We represented a family seriously harmed by a drunk driver, succeeding in imposing liability on the driver and on Charles Town Races & Slots for over-service of alcohol. Case settled for a confidential sum.
Pedestrian accident: We pursued claims against an ambulance and rescue squad which went through a stop sign on an emergency call and struck a pick-up truck in the intersection. The pick-up truck struck our client, who was walking on the sidewalk. She suffered severe and permanent injuries that will disable her for life. Case in progress.
Pedestrian accident: Bicycle-car collision: We investigated a motor vehicle / bicycle accident in Morgan County, West Virginia in which a driver struck an 18-year-old cyclist from behind, killing him. Representing the family, we seek to impose liability on the driver and on other potential parties. Case in progress. |
