Robert Schiavoni
Attorney Robert Schiavoni was born September 2, 1953. Bob Schiavoni received his undergraduate degree from Villanova University, a graduate degree from Penn State University. He is a also a graduate of the Ohio Northern University College of Law where he served as editor-in-chief of the law review. He has published in the West Virginia University Law Review on the subject of retaliatory dismissal and federal preemption. He is a founding partner of the law firm of Hammer, Ferretti & Schiavoni located in Martinsburg, WV. He is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and the West Virginia Employment Lawyers Association. He has lectured on topics concerning employment law, wage law, class actions and professional ethics.
